Executive Biography
John Fellhauer is a seasoned entrepreneur and respected leader with a strong legacy in business development and community service. He began his professional journey by founding Fellhauer Electric, a company built on the principles of reliability and exceptional customer care. His success in electrical contracting led to the expansion of services under Fellhauer Mechanical Systems, offering comprehensive mechanical and electrical solutions across Northwest Ohio.
Recognizing the importance of clean energy and innovation, John went on to establish SurEnergy and later PowerGrid Partners Ltd., companies dedicated to renewable energy solutions, wind turbine maintenance, and system upgrades. Across every venture, John's focus remains clear: customer service is the highest priority.
In addition to his business achievements, John has a proud history of public service. He served on the Ottawa County Board of Building Standards, the Terra Community College Board, and the Erie-Ottawa Board of Mental Health, contributing valuable insights and leadership to improve public policy and community outcomes. He also played key roles with the Ottawa County Home Builders Association, the Port Clinton Chamber of Commerce, and the Port Clinton Rotary Club—organizations that drive local economic growth and community enrichment.
John has also supported regional tourism and cultural heritage through his involvement in the Walleye Drop Community, a hallmark event celebrating the identity of Port Clinton and Lake Erie.
His combination of entrepreneurial drive and deep civic involvement makes John Fellhauer a well-respected figure throughout Ottawa County and the broader Ohio business community.

Executive Biography
Bill Aldrighetti is a renewable energy executive and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience in distributed wind, energy measurement systems, and asset lifecycle operations. He has been a driving force behind PowerGrid Partners LLC, a U.S.-based firm specializing in wind turbine operations, maintenance, refurbishment, and parts supply, serving utilities, municipalities, tribal energy programs, and remote community clients across North America.
Bill’s career began at Northern Power Systems, where he held roles spanning data analysis, customer operations, and field support. There, he contributed to expanding the company’s global installed base to over 800 wind turbines, while improving fleet availability and operational performance. Bill has since become a trusted expert in wind energy instrumentation and measurement, including extensive support, installation, and commissioning of SRM (Sonic Reference Meteorological) and SRA (Sonic Reference Anemometer) devices for solar assessment and power performance verification, helping developers and asset owners collect high-quality resource data under diverse terrain and climate conditions.
At PowerGrid Partners, Bill leads technical strategy, contracting, business development, and field operations, overseeing the largest active fleet of legacy Northern Power Systems turbines in North America. His work focuses on extending asset life, improving reliability, reducing lifecycle costs, and integrating wind assets into resilient, community-scale energy systems. Bill’s expertise in instrumentation and site measurement has supported numerous pre-development assessments, performance validation campaigns, and long-term asset health monitoring programs.
Across all ventures, Bill is recognized for his hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to building enduring businesses that deliver long-term value and sustainable outcomes.
